Improvments:

The Rock House Ranch has an amazing wild game facility along with it's cattle operation. The ranch has been entirely high fenced along the perimeter and good net cross fences within. There is a large barn, one horse barn, a good set of pipe and wire corrals, and a roping arena.  The Rock House Ranch is also equipped with several deer blinds, deer feeders and turkey and quail feeders. There is a deer processing facility and walk in cooler near the hunting lodge.  The lodge is equipped with 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, and space to sleep 27 hunters.  There is an outdoor rock fireplace and bar-b-que area.  For safety the lodge also has a 12X12 walk-in gun safe. The hunting lodge is a nice place to kick back and relax after a long day of hunting.  You can't find accommodations as nice with all the benefits of quiet country living anywhere else.

Headquarters:

The Rock House Ranch has an amazing 2,700 sq ft limestone rock house made of individually hand cut  Limestone extracted from the hill side directly behind the home. Construction began in 1938 and was finally completed in 1943 due to the outbreak of WW11 in late 1941.  The Limestone was cut by hand using rock bars, star drills, and hammers.  The slabs of Limestone were then loaded by hand and transported down the hill on sleds pulled by teams of horses and mules.  Once the slabs were unloaded at the home site, the rock was further cut and shaped by hand.  This updated, all electric home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a basement, and an attached two-car garage with a bedroom above the garage. The house is a beautiful sight and remains solid to this day.
