Turkey Track

 

The Turkey Track consist of 6141.60 deeded acres, divided into three pastures, which is range land with native grasses consisting of Blue Grama and Side Oats complex with Blue Stem.  The property is located in Cimarron County 3 miles north of Felt, Oklahoma.  Immediate access is available from an improved highway.  US Highway 56/64 is located approximately 3 miles south of the subject property.  The property has a total of seven wells, one equipped with a submersible pump, one with a solar pump, and five with windmills.  There are approximately 10 miles of underground pipe, connecting ten waterers.  The Beaver River transects the ranch.  Rainfall averages 17.26 inches per year and snowfall averages 26.5 inches per year with a growing season of 171 days.  There are two sets of pipe and cable livestock handling and shipping pens.  One set is relatively new and large.  The fences are four and five-wire barbed wire, with some metal posts.  There is an additional 15,560 adjoining acres available.
